Reviews and appeals of decisions
If you are refused legal aid or are unhappy with any decision of the Board, you may have that refusal / decision reviewed, if you are able to produce more information that assists your case.
You may appeal any refusal / decision to an appeal committee of the Board, who will consider the original decision and all the papers about your case and decide whether to allow your appeal.
