The Board and its staff will treat all personal information received from you with the utmost confidentiality. Only those persons directly involved with you receiving legal services will have access to your information. Solicitors and all other staff are very conscious of their responsibility not to disclose any personal information to other persons. This responsibility remains even after a solicitor or other staff member leaves the employment of the Board.
