Service provided at leave to remain stage
If you are refused refugee status, the RLS will provide assistance in making an application for leave to remain on humanitarian grounds. You will have 15 working days to lodge an application for leave to remain. You will be advised as to what documents are required and an application for leave to remain will be submitted to the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform.
