3. Is it free?
No. If you obtain legal aid or legal advice you must pay a contribution. The amount will depend on your disposable income. The minimum contribution is €10.00 for legal advice, while the maximum is €150.00. The minimum contribution for legal aid is €50 and you may also be liable for a capital contribution, depending on the amount of your disposable capital.
