10. How long does it take to answer a query?
The RDC requires a minimum of 5 days to answer a query. If your specified deadline cannot be met, however, a member of our team will contact you to discuss. If a revised deadline is acceptable to you then this will be arranged. It is important to indicate to the RDC when submitting a query if it is subject to a statutory deadline.
