3. Who may request information from the RDC?
A query service is provided to the Refugee Legal Service, Office of the Refugee Applications Commissioner, the Refugee Appeals Tribunal, the Ministerial Decision Unit and other units of the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform. Solicitors and Barristers on the RLS panel may also use the service A lending library service is also provided to these users.
The query service and lending library service are not available to members of the public. However, members of the public may make an appointment to visit the RDC library to conduct their own research.
