2. Who may apply to the RLS for legal services ?
If you are applying for asylum in Ireland, you may apply to the RLS for legal services.
There is a means test and your disposable income (ie gross income less certain allowances) must be less than €18,000 per year. You will have to pay a contribution for the service. Click on the following links if you want more details on financial eligibility and contributions.
