6. How can I make a complaint regarding the Refugee Legal Service?
If you wish to make a complaint about a member of staff in the RLS:
> You can make your complaint to the Managing Solicitor in the RLS, who will try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible and, if necessary, will meet with you.
> Alternatively, you may make a complaint to the Independent Monitoring Committee for the RLS. Further information on the Independent Monitoring Committee.
