Learning Events Spring 2023

The Legal Aid Board is holding a series of Coffee and Learn (Tuesdays at 4:30pm) and Lunch and Learn (Thursdays at 1:10pm) events marking the run up to the commencement of the Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act 2015 on 26th April 2023 (subject to Ministerial order). These events are open to all staff and also to private practitioners, barristers, and other interested parties.

There will be 0.5 CPD Points for available for solicitors who attend each event. 　In addition, attendance at least 75% (eight) of the events will meet the training element of the criteria for entry to the Assisted Decision Making Solicitors Panel.
