Completing appointment details and finalising cases
It is essential that all appointments are completed on a daily basis. Completed appointment details form part of the statistics at the end of each month.
When an appointment is attended; select “Topic” from the drop down list and click “Add to Session number” before any further appointment can be scheduled.
Appointment kept? – click on “P1 attended” and “P2 attended”
Click on “Add to Session” to include topic for discussion – click on the drop down menu and select one of the options.
The facility to add a narrative and case notes exists by opening “+”. Ensure adherence to GDPR 2018 guidelines (see Chapter 12) when recording session notes. To save; click on “Save all Changes” (flashing icon).
“Save all changes” button must be clicked to record this information. Saved information will now appear in the “All Session Summary” tab.
