GDPR - Data Protection

In the course of its work bodies receive personal data from different sources. EU and Irish legislation (General Data Protection Regulations and Data Protection Act 2018) puts in place expectations on how such data are handled. Legal Aid Board Data Protection policies are set out below clarifying how the Board approaches its Data Protection commitments.
