Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act 2015 and Legal Aid

The Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, Mr Roderic O'Gorman TD, has announced that the Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act 2015 will be commenced on 26th April 2023.

In advance of the commencement of the Act, the Legal Aid Board is establishing a Panel of solicitors to provide services under the Act and details of the Panel are available here.
