Our Strategies 2021 - 2023

We are an independent statutory body responsible for the provision of civil legal aid and advice, family mediation. and vulnerable witness related services and for the administration of a number of ad hoc legal aid schemes.   Our mission is to develop timely, effective, inclusive and just resolution of family and civil disputes to those most in need of our assistance, through high quality legal representation and advice, and/or mediation and to manage other aspects of legal aid which have been entrusted to us.   Our strategy documents below reflect the drive we have to make easy access to justice a reality for everyone.
